    What a wonderful historic hotel, had previously stayed at the Palace. Perfer the Klum. Couldnt ask for a better location. Staff amazing, food amazing, beautiful indoor Pool and workout facility. It is a winter time destination so very little going on in the streets and around town but had a wonderful time.

    Beautiful hotel, spacious room, with magnificent views of the surrounding landscape and a fantastic buffet breakfast that included unique offerings like a honeycomb and good cheeses.

    All staff were polite & very kind. Room was comfortable. Pool & Sauna was excellent. Restaurant(we used Italian's one) was superb! The Hotel is more than 5 star.

    It is better if the temprature of jaquzzi would be warmer.

    Good staff very professional,

    Large room but the beds are not as a 5 stars hotel impossible to have a large single bed, no WiFi in the room you have to pay to have internet in the lobby ? all the accessories are cheap.

    Cosy atmosphere, friendly and customer oriented staff, fantastic lake and city view together with premium location for city shopping. Besides the piano bar singer was great that evening !

    Some wallpapers and interior decorations may look heavy or too traditional (lobby and rooms) - not really a zen atmosphere.

    Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

    The views from my room were amazing, overlooking the fine frozen Lake and snow-capped mountains. Each morning, I enjoyed a diverse breakfast buffet with local delicacies, including 14 types of cheese and homemade honey. The service was personalized and attentive. The staff remembered my preferences.

    The kids loved the attention to detail, like the stuffed animals and complimentary ice cream. The spa and pool were highlights for the entire family after skiing adventures.

    My wife says that longer hours at the kids' club would be great.

    We used the wellness and spa facilities The hotels pool is amazimg and overlooks The mountains of St Moritz.

    The srtaff were brilliant, friendly and very serviced orientated. The ambiance and staff, both were excellent. Definitely a 5 star experience. We will definitely consider our ski holidays There and a summer, autumn stay for what St Moritz and the Kulm's wellness and spa offers in during these seasonal times. .
